💡 Adsterra is dedicated to keeping its feed safe from any suggestive or malicious content, malware or viruses. Adsterra's Quality team verifies that all the campaigns our advertisers launch are fully compliant with the Adsterra terms and conditions.

Our community of publishers also contributes to the feed quality. If you spot any unwanted ads, please get in touch with us immediately. Below you will find the details we'll need to locate the campaign in question:

  1. A screenshot of the unwanted ads;

  2. The last time when you've seen these ads;

  3. Device formats where the wanted ads appear;

  4. Operating systems;

  5. Geos (country you're located in);

  6. Your browser and its version.

We will escalate this to the Quality team, and they will ensure the ads are removed as soon as possible. Malware is a huge challenge for all ad networks, however, with its high service and security standards Adsterra contributes a lot to the development of the adtech industry.
