Updating Your Personal Information

Learn how to change your personal info

💡 The "My account" tab on the Settings page contains your personal information. Here, you can update your name and choose your preferred communication channel.

To update the needed field:

  1. Navigate to the "My account" tab on the Settings page;

  2. Modify the corresponding field and click 'Save'; we'll send you a one-time verification code;

  3. Open your inbox and find the 'Profile update confirmation' email;

4. Find the verification code in the email and copy it;

5. Paste the verification code into the 'Enter veification code' field and click 'Save Changes'.

To change the email address or username, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
