Thanks to Hyperwallet, a global payout platform, you can now withdraw earnings in your local currency using Local Bank Transfer.
❗Note that this payout option is available in 40+ countries, the full list of which you may find here.
Some of the peculiarities of Local Bank Transfers are:
minimum payout sum is $25
fee is $7 + exchange rate
payout delivery takes up to 5 business days.
❗ Also note that due to Hyperwallet Terms and Conditions, users are only allowed to use one Hyperwallet account for one publisher account. Once your bank account details are linked to the account at Adsterra, it cannot be linked to any other account.
Setting up Local Bank Transfer as your preferred payout system
1. Open the Payout information page and pick your country from the dropdown.
2. In the Choose method field, pick Local Bank Transfer (Hyperwallet) from the dropdown.
* You won't see this payout system if it is not supported in your country.
❗️ Please note that you’ll be able to do so only after you reach the minimum payout sum:
3. Choose the type of your bank account: Individual or Legal entity. The following fields will depend on which type of account you picked.
❗️ To start getting payouts as a legal entity, you need to go through the KYB process. A full guide is available here.
4. Fill in the rest of the required fields.
For the Individual account type, these will be:
First Name (type your Middle name here as well if it's mentioned in your passport / national ID);
Last Name;
Date of Birth*;
Address Line;
City;
State / Province;
Postal (zip) code.
* Ensure you entered your birthdate in the required format "yyyy-mm-dd” (e.g., “1984-02-11”)
For the Legal entity account type, the fields will be:
Company Name;
Address Line;
City;
State / Province;
Postal (zip) code.
5. Click the 'Save' button.
6. Adsterra will ask you to enter a verification code to confirm changes in your payout information.
Please go to your inbox and find the "Your Adsterra verification code" letter with a unique string of characters. Copy and paste this string into the 'Enter verification code' field in your account.
❗️Remember to look in the Trash or Spam folders if you can't find the email.
7. Click the 'Save' button again.
8.Next, please enter your Bank name and provide your bank account number, then click the 'Submit' button.
Changing your bank account details
If you need to change your bank account details, navigate to the Payout information page and click the Edit button under the Method details field.
Then enter your new data and click Submit.
❗️ Note that you are allowed to re-submit your Local Bank Transfer data not more than 10 times. If you exceed this number, your Hyperwallet account will be suspended.
Receiving payouts through Local Bank Transfer
To start getting payouts through Local Bank Transfer, you need to go through the KYC or KYB process by providing us with the identification documents. KYC process is for individuals, while KYB is for legal entities.
